Who needs a gas safety certificate?
Landlords are legally required to hold a current one for every rental with gas, renewed annually, copy to tenants within 28 days. Homeowners aren't required to, but pre-sale and post-work certificates answer questions before they're asked.
What does a CP12 cost?

What if an appliance fails?
