Plumber Jobs

We are usually hiring plumbers, gas engineers and drainage operatives across London and Greater Manchester. If you are time-served, registered where you need to be, and tired of being paid like a lead rather than an engineer, it is worth a conversation.

What we are looking for

Gas Safe registered engineers with domestic categories, plumbers with genuine emergency experience, and drainage operatives comfortable with jetting and CCTV. NVQ Level 2 or 3 and a full UK licence. Commercial categories, G3 for unvented cylinders, or water regulations qualifications are all useful and all paid for accordingly.

What the job actually involves

Rostered shifts including nights and weekends, on a rota rather than permanent unsocial hours. A stocked van you keep. Callouts across your city, and planned work in the quieter periods. You agree the fixed price with the customer yourself rather than ringing an office for permission.

What we offer

Employment rather than self-employed day rates, so holiday and sick pay exist. Overtime paid at a genuine premium. Manufacturer training funded, and further qualifications paid for where they are useful to you as well as to us. Tools and materials supplied. A van, fuel card and uniform.

What we will not ask you to do

Sell. There are no upsell targets, no commission on parts and no scripts, because a published fixed-price model only works if the engineer has no incentive to inflate the job. If you have left a firm over exactly that, you will understand why it is the first thing we mention.
