Radiators, Heating Pipework and Hot Water in London
Booked around your diary, at one hourly rate.
Radiators, heating leaks and pipework, power flushing, underfloor heating, unvented cylinders, cold water tanks, and immersion and electric water heaters. Everything here is charged at the same hourly rate, plus parts. Gas work is not something we do, so boilers and other gas appliances are not part of it.
Local conditions we work around
Hard water is the defining fact for London heating. At 280 to 320 ppm, scale builds on the hottest surfaces in the system, and every millimetre of it costs efficiency and shortens the life of the parts it coats. It is why we fit a scale reducer on the mains where the system warrants it, and why an unvented cylinder in London needs its annual service rather more than the manual implies.

Questions people ask
Do you repair, service or install boilers?
No. We do no gas work, so anything on a boiler or other gas appliance needs a heating engineer. If you smell gas, call 0800 111 999.
Will you register the work?
Yes. Unvented cylinder work is notified under Part G. You get the certificates, and they matter when you sell.
