A room out of service is revenue out of the till, and a corridor leak is a TripAdvisor review.

How we work with hotels
  • 01
    Room-back-in-service focus

We quote in rooms-out-of-service, not just hours, because that's the number that matters to a GM.

  • 02
    Planned maintenance

Cyclical checks of en-suites, risers and plant floors that catch failures before guests do.

  • 03
    Water hygiene aware

Work planned around your Legionella regime, deadlegs, TMVs and outlet temperatures handled properly.

  • 04
    Night work, quiet kit

Corridor and riser work overnight with noise-managed methods; your night manager gets one contact number.

  • 05
Riser and plant room work planned around occupancy

Communal hot water, pumps, calorifiers and riser isolation affect whole floors, so the work is planned against your occupancy forecast rather than our diary. Guests are notified before, not during, and we agree the fallback if the work overruns before it starts.

What hotels ask us
How quickly can you get a room back in service?
Most in-room failures, a leaking cistern, a failed thermostatic shower valve, a blocked waste, are resolved on the first visit because those parts are carried. We prioritise by rooms out of service rather than by ticket order, because that is what the failure actually costs you.
Will your engineers be visible to guests?
As little as possible. Uniformed, badged, briefed on your back-of-house routes, and working to whatever hours keep them out of guest sightlines. On corridor and riser work we agree the route and the timing with your duty manager before the visit rather than on arrival.
Do you cover legionella compliance?
We carry out the plumbing side, temperature monitoring points, dead-leg removal, tank inspection and cleaning, TMV servicing, and work to your risk assessment. Where you do not have a current written scheme we will say so, because that is the document an enforcement visit asks for first.
Can you hold spares for our fit-out?
Yes, and for a hotel with a consistent bathroom specification it is the single best way to cut room downtime. We hold the valve cartridges, flush mechanisms and shower parts specific to your fit-out so a failure is a same-day fix rather than a lead time.
