Can you work around our trading hours?
That is the default rather than a favour. Cellar work and toilet refits are scheduled before open or after last orders, and priced off the same rate card, there is no out-of-hours premium, so working around you costs you nothing extra.
Our customer toilets block every week. Is that normal?
It is common and it is not inevitable. Weekly blockages in a pub WC almost always mean domestic-grade internals in a high-traffic setting, a shallow fall on the branch, or paper dispensers that encourage overuse. It is a design problem and it can be ended rather than managed.
Do you handle cellar cooling and beer lines?
We handle the wet side, python leaks, remote cooler condensate, cellar gullies and drainage, water supply and waste. Beer line cleaning and dispense equipment stay with your cellar services provider, and we work alongside them rather than around them.
