What does clearing a sink cost?
£95–£150 fixed. If the blockage turns out to be downstream in the shared run, we quote that separately before touching it.
Why does it smell even when draining fine?
Biofilm in the overflow and waste, clean the visible trap all you like, the overflow channel is the culprit. It's a five-minute extra during the visit.
Boiling water and soda crystals, fine to try?
