The retailer offers free installation, why you?
Take it if the connections already exist and are sound. Call us when there's no connection, the valve is seized or weeping, or the “free” installer refused the job, which is most of our appliance work.
What's wrong with self-cutting valves?
They clog, they weep, and they're the number-one source of slow cupboard floods. A proper tee and quarter-turn valve costs minutes more and lasts decades.
Can you dispose of the old appliance?
Yes, disconnection, removal and disposal added to any install for a fixed amount quoted up front.
Can you fit an appliance I had delivered?
Yes. Retailer installation is often booked weeks out and rarely includes altering the plumbing, which is what most kitchens actually need. We work to your delivery date.
My dishwasher does not drain properly, is that the fitting?
Frequently, yes. The drain hose has to rise to a high loop before falling to the trap; without it the machine siphons and sits in dirty water. It is a ten-minute correction that is mistaken for a broken appliance surprisingly often.
Do you take the old appliance away?
Yes, disconnected, drained and taken for recycling for a small additional charge. Draining first is not optional, an old washing machine holds several litres and will empty itself across a hallway otherwise.
