Commercial Plumbing in London
Pubs, hotels, kitchens, offices and rental portfolios across the capital.

- 01Out-of-hours is the normal shift
Almost no London commercial plumbing happens during trading. Kitchens get their drainage done after the last cover, offices after the building empties, hotels between checkout and check-in. We quote for the hour the work actually has to happen, not a day rate with a night surcharge bolted on.
- 02Building access, not just site access
Managed buildings in central London want a permit to work, a RAMS pack, public liability evidence and often a named engineer approved in advance. We hold all of it and send it to the managing agent before the visit rather than arriving and negotiating in reception.
- 03Hard water is a commercial cost line
At 280–320 ppm, scale is why a hotel loses hot water on a Friday and why a commercial dishwasher dies two years early. Softening or dosing at the incoming main is a cheaper line in the budget than replacing heat exchangers, and we will tell you which one your building needs.
- 04Grease, not blockages
A restaurant drain does not block, it silts with fat. Enforcement on grease management has tightened across the London boroughs, so we fit and service interceptors and keep the jetting on a schedule that keeps the drain and the environmental health officer both satisfied.
- 05Compliance that survives an inspection
CP12s for every appliance, legionella risk assessments where a building has stored water, and records filed so a licensing officer or an insurer gets what they ask for on the first request.

Local conditions we work around
London has the largest private rented sector in the country, and enforcement of gas safety duties is correspondingly active. Between the boroughs, licensing schemes for HMOs and selective licensing in some areas, landlords here face more scrutiny than most. A current CP12 for every gas appliance is the baseline, and since 2018 the absence of one also blocks a Section 21 notice in England.
